As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Workshop Estimator to be part of our next chapter.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate cost estimations for workshop repairs, maintenance, and fabrication projects.
- Calculate labor, transport, materials, spare parts, and operational costs.
- Source specialized mechanical, electrical, and electronic components from local and international suppliers.
- Prepare competitive pricing proposals and quotations.
- Coordinate with workshop, technical, and procurement teams for project costing.
- Utilize ERP systems for cost tracking, inventory coordination, and procurement processes.
Requirements
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in estimation, costing, or technical commercial operations.
- Strong knowledge of generators, HVAC/chillers, industrial machinery, or heavy equipment.
- Hands-on ERP system experience is mandatory.
- Excellent MS Excel and numerical skills.
- Strong negotiation skills, commercial awareness, and attention to detail.
