As part of our expansion, we are seeking Three experienced and results-driven Showroom Managers to manage operations at our Matara, Anuradhapura & Kandy Branch.

 

SHOWROOM MANAGER

(Matara, Anuradhapura & Kandy Branch)

Responsibilities

· Oversee the overall administration and operations of the assigned branch.

· Drive new sales and business development initiatives to achieve branch targets.

· Manage and coordinate standard operational requirements (STD) to ensure efficiency.

· Supervise and support the team to maintain high performance and service quality.

· Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and operational standards.

· Maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to enhance business growth.

· Oversee inventory management and ensure efficient hire purchase management.

Requirement

· Age between 30 – 40 years

· Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally in the engineering, power solutions, or industrial sector.

· Professional qualification in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, or Engineering will be an advantage.

· Knowledge of inventory management and hire purchase processes.

· Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.

· Sound analytical skills and decision-making abilities.

· Experience working in a computerized environment will be an advantage.
