About the Role
Nativeway Maldives Private Limited is seeking a highly capable and driven Service Engineer to lead and grow our generator repair and service operations across the Maldives. This is a critical role combining hands-on technical expertise, client management, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and manage work scopes with customers for top overhauls, major overhauls, and other generator repair and maintenance works
- Supervise, coordinate, and manage field technicians to ensure quality and timely execution of jobs
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential clients
- Identify new service opportunities and grow the service portfolio in the Maldives market
- Prepare technical reports, work scope documents, and service agreements
- Act as the primary technical point of contact between clients and the operations team
Requirements
- Age below 40 years
- Minimum 05 years of hands-on experience as a Service Engineer in the diesel generator or related industry
- Solid technical background in generator systems, including top overhauls, major overhauls, and general repairs, this is non-negotiable
- Proven experience in a service engineering or technical field operations role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and guide a team of technicians
- Excellent communication and client-relationship management skills
- Management-oriented mindset with a genuine ambition to grow within the organization
