 SERVICE COORDINATOR (SAPUGASKANDA)

Job Role

We are looking for young, competent, and committed individual to a play a dynamic role as Service Coordinator. You will be mainly responsible: for

 ·        ​Efficiently assign daily job tasks to technicians based on workload, priority, and technician availability and communicate with technicians regarding their assigned tasks, schedule changes, and any special instructions or requirements.

·         Handling Vehicle Fleet with maintenance, documentation and log records.

·         Preparation of quotations for repairs, services, and annual maintenance contracts.

·         Planning and executing the daily plan/schedule with the team.

·         Responsible for local purchase requisition and parts return requisition.

·         Plan and manage the welfare requirements of the technical staff.

·         Handling Vehicle Fleet with maintenance, documentation and log records.

·         Review and verify timesheets and attendance records to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.

·         Enter overtime hours, including overtime rates and approvals, into the ERP system in a timely and accurate manner.

 

Skills & Qualifications

·        Age between 25 – 40 Years. Male candidates are preferred.

·        Technical educational qualification, HND, HNDE, ITI in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent

·   ​      Minimum 02-03 year’s hands on working experience in Diesel Power Generators or similar Industrial Engines is a must

·        Sound knowledge of industrial and marine engines would be an advantage. (Perkins, Cummins, Mitsubishi and Doosan)

·        Fluent in English/Sinhala (Speaking and Writing).

·        Possess sound IT literacy.

·        Ability to travel island wide to generate new services.

·        Ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision.

·        Ability to work methodologically and meet deadlines.

·        Good leadership/ interpersonal skills
