We are looking for a Senior Service Engineer with strong experience in both mechanical and electrical aspects of power generators to work full-time in the Maldives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer interactions, negotiations, and job acquisition.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned jobs.
- Supervise and guide technicians to achieve maximum productivity.
- Coordinate work schedules and maintain effective team communication.
- Oversee spare parts inventory and ensure accurate stock management.
- Identify and source the correct spare parts for each job.
Requirements
- Diploma or qualification in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of industrial engine overhauls for brands such as Cummins, Deutz, Perkins, Volvo, and Baudouin.
- Strong technical knowledge in both mechanical and electrical aspects of generators.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Proven ability to lead technicians and manage staff with authority and professionalism.
- Strong problem-identification and problem-solving skills.
