SENIOR SALES EXECUTIVES (HVAC & GENERATORS)
We are on the lookout for an energetic and proactive Senior Sales Executive to drive the growth of our HVAC and Generator solutions. This exciting role is ideal for someone passionate about sales, thrives on building relationships, and enjoys working in a fun, collaborative environment while tackling challenges in the engineering sector.
Senior Sales Executives will be recruited separately for HVAC and Power Generator divisions.
Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of NativeWay’s HVAC and Generator product portfolios, staying informed about industry trends and advancements.
- Regularly visit prospective clients, including contractors, consultants, and builders, to identify business opportunities and promote our HVAC and Generator solutions.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential customers, ensuring engagement through personalized interactions.
- Conduct site visits to assess client requirements and provide tailored solutions for HVAC and power generation needs.
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations, addressing client requirements with NativeWay’s unique solutions.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure the successful execution of sales strategies and on-time delivery of solutions.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Consistently achieve sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, contributing to the company’s growth strategy.
- Provide exceptional post-sales support, resolving customer inquiries and maintaining strong after sales relationships.
Requirements
- Age: Below 40 years.
- Education & Qualifications: Relevant educational qualifications will be an added advantage.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ proven experience in sales or business development, particularly within HVAC, Generator systems, or related technical industries.
- Technical Knowledge: Possession of relevant technical knowledge will be an added advantage; however, it is not mandatory.
- Personal Attributes: Self-driven, goal-oriented, and adept at building relationships with a diverse client base. Proven success in achieving sales targets is essential.
- Additional Skills: Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is required. Knowledge of additional languages and experience with CRM tools will be an added advantage.
