Senior HR Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, confirmations, promotions, transfers, resignations, and terminations
  • Manage employee records and personal files, ensuring full compliance with company SOPs and audit requirements
  • Monitor and manage probation evaluations, performance reviews, extensions, and confirmations
  • Ensure compliance with Sri Lankan Labour Law, EPF, ETF, PAYE, and statutory requirements
  • Support disciplinary processes including inquiries, warning letters, and documentation
  • Coordinate employee relations, welfare activities, grievances, and conflict resolution
  • Assist in implementing HR systems (HRIS / ERP – Odoo), policies, SOPs, and HR digitalization initiatives
  • Prepare HR reports, staff statistics, and management dashboards for senior management
  • Liaise with department heads, auditors, legal advisors, and external authorities when required

Qualifications & Experience

  • Degree or professional qualification in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 4–6 years of hands-on HR experience, with at least 2 years in a Senior HR role
  • Strong practical knowledge of Sri Lankan Labour Law and statutory compliance
  • Proven experience handling multi-disciplinary staff cadres (technical, executive, and non-executive)
  • Experience in engineering, construction, manufacturing, automobile , or trading sectors will be an added advantage.
