SALES EXECUTIVE - SPARE PARTS

We are looking for a proactive and technically knowledgeable Sales Executive – Spare Parts to drive our spare parts sales function. The selected candidate will focus on business development, client relationship management, and executing sales strategies to support business growth in sectors such as HVAC and Generator systems.

Responsibilities

l Actively promote and sell spare parts by identifying customer needs and providing tailored solutions.

l Achieve sales targets by managing inquiries, preparing quotations, and closing orders effectively.

l Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while exploring new business opportunities.

l Provide customers with product knowledge, availability updates, and aftersales support.

l Work closely with the parts and inventory team to ensure timely delivery and availability of products.

l Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and customer database using CRM tools.

l Monitor market trends and competitor activity to propose effective pricing strategies and value-added offerings.

l Assist in demand forecasting and reporting key sales data to the management team.

l Attend sales meetings, trade shows, and other promotional events as required.

 

Qualifications & Requirements

l Age: Below 35 years

l Education: Degree or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Engineering, or a related technical field preferred

l Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in HVAC, Generator systems, or technical spare parts

l Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with HVAC and Generator systems and their spare parts is essential

l Communication: Proficiency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of other languages is an added advantage

l Skills: Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills; CRM tool experience is a plus

l Attributes: Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of building long-term relationships with diverse clientele
