Sales Coordinator

We are looking for a qualified Sales Coordinator to join our team and help us achieve our goals. You will serve as a point of contact for our sales team, clients, and engagement team with queries about potential engagements, and proposals, and administrate the system set up for our team. Our ideal candidate is goal-oriented and has a deep knowledge of customer service best practices. We would like you to have exceptional organizational skills and draw energy from being part of a team. Ultimately, you should be able to contribute to high quality service and help drive revenue targets.

·         Contact clients, sales team members, internal operations, or the engagement teams to obtain information and answer ​queries.

·         Client proposal preparation and tendering.

·         Communicate important feedback from customers internally.

·         Coordinate with Management on revenue forecasts for sales pipeline engagement

·         Maintain an accurate database of customer and prospect client information.

·         Expand the database of prospect clients and route qualified opportunities to sales team.

·         Establish, develop, and maintain an excellent business relationship with prospect clients through constant communication.

·         Maintain and update sales and marketing records in CRM.

·         Perform other administrative tasks, as required, to support sales and marketing activities.

Skills & Qualifications

·         Age between 25 – 35 Years.

·         Qualification/Part Qualification in CIM/SLIM or any other similar qualification from a recognized institute.

·         Minimum 03 years of experience in a similar capacity.

·         Highly proficient with Microsoft Office products especially Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel

·         Excellent verbal, written, and receptive listening communication skills and a strong ability to build lasting impactful ​relationships.

·         Strong organizational skills and ability to create, maintain and drive a process.

·         Proven track record collaborating across organizational teams with all levels of leadership

·         Strong relationship management skills, including the ability to influence, engage and inspire customers and team members.

·         Experience with CRM system.
