Responsibilities:

· Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents, ensuring competitive pricing through rate analysis and benchmarking.

· Review and draft contract agreements, specifications, and procurement plans, ensuring compliance with regulations and industry standards.

· Conduct market analysis and value engineering assessments to optimize project costs and feasibility.

· Coordinate with design teams, consultants, and suppliers to obtain accurate cost data and competitive quotations.

· Provide technical support during the bidding process and assist in contract negotiations.

 Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree or HND in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related field (professional certification preferred). 

· 03–04 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the MEP industry, focusing on pre-contract activities. 

· Strong understanding of MEP systems, quantity surveying software, contract administration, and cost estimation.

· Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

· Knowledge of local regulations, codes, and standard contract terms related to MEP installations.
