Available Positions

📌 Project Manager – HVAC

Oversee multiple construction sites specializing in HVAC systems, ensuring projects meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards. This role requires strong leadership to manage site engineers and stakeholders, ensuring the seamless execution of large-scale HVAC projects.

📌 Project Manager – Mechanical (Fire & Plumbing)

Lead the execution of mechanical construction projects, including industrial machinery installations, piping systems, fire protection, and plumbing solutions. Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safety, efficiency, and adherence to project specifications.

📌 Project Manager – Electrical (Generators)

Manage the planning, installation, testing, and commissioning of diesel generator systems and power distribution networks. Ensure compliance with safety, technical, and regulatory standards, while optimizing project efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications & Experience

✔ Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or an equivalent qualification in a relevant field.

✔ Experience: 8-10 years in the construction industry, with at least 3 years as a Project Manager in the respective field.

✔ Project Oversight: Proven experience managing multiple construction sites while ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

✔ Leadership: Strong team management skills, with the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate across departments.

✔ Technical Expertise:

• HVAC: Advanced knowledge of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
• Mechanical (Fire & Plumbing): Expertise in fire protection, plumbing, industrial piping, and mechanical systems.
• Electrical (Generators): Strong understanding of power distribution, generator installation, and commissioning.
  ✔ Project Management Skills: Proficiency in project scheduling, budgeting, and risk management using industry-standard tools.
  ✔ Safety & Compliance: In-depth knowledge of MEP coordination, safety standards, and quality assurance practices.
  ✔ Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and decision-making skills with a solution-driven approach.
  ✔ Communication & Coordination: Strong interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
