As part of our expansion, we are looking for dynamic professionals for the following roles:


PLANNING ENGINEER


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain project schedules using industry-standard planning software.
  • Coordinate with project teams to analyze project requirements and ensure that milestones are met.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and provide strategic solutions for resource optimization.
  • Prepare and review project documentation, tracking schedule variances and adjusting plans as needed.
  • Contribute to project proposals and tenders, ensuring realistic and achievable timelines.


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project planning/scheduling within the construction industry, specifically in MEP or M&E.
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar project planning tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Knowledge of construction industry standards and regulatory requirements is a plus.


PROJECT COORDINATOR


Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate project deliverables, ensuring smooth execution within budget and timeline.
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate effective project implementation.
  • Maintain project documentation, track progress, and suggest process improvements.
  • Manage project expectations and ensure compliance with organizational and industry standards.


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Project Management, Business Information Systems, Management Information Systems (MIS), or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Project Coordinator in the MEP industry or a related field.
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems is an added advantage.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to adapt to evolving project requirements.
