Job Purpose:

The Manager - HR & Administration will spearhead HR and administrative strategies across NativeWay. This dynamic role encompasses training and development, payroll management, performance evaluation, and employee engagement to support our ambitious expansion strategy and ensure operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business objectives of the Company.
  • Manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent.
  • Oversee training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Administer payroll operations, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
  • Conduct performance evaluations, facilitating feedback and development plans for continuous improvement.
  • Lead employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment and high levels of employee satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to HR and employment.
  • Manage administrative tasks, including facility management and procurement, to support business operations.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to the senior management team on HR and administrative matters.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Age below 40 years is preferable.
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field. A master’s degree or professional HR.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR management, with at least 5 years in a managerial role, preferably within a similar sector.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing HR strategies that contribute to business growth.
  • Strong understanding of Sri Lankan labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
