We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our MEP design and estimation projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in MEP design, extensive knowledge of cost estimation, and exceptional leadership abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire MEP design and estimation process, ensuring timely, budget-compliant, and high-quality outputs.
- Develop and manage project blueprints, timelines, and financial plans, ensuring strict adherence to established benchmarks.
- Facilitate clear and effective communication with all project stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Maintain and exceed all operational, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Anticipate project challenges and strategize proactive solutions.
- Inspire and guide design teams to achieve project objectives and goals.
- Prepare and present comprehensive project status reports to executives and clients.
- Lead and manage the MEP Design and Estimation team.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop integrated design solutions.
- Review and approve design documents and estimation reports.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Dynamic and energetic professional, ideally under 45 years of age.
- BSc in Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Services Engineering.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of proven success in MEP design and estimation projects.
- Mastery of English communication (both written and verbal) and excellent presentation skills.
- Thorough understanding of industry standards, regulatory compliance, and safety norms.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency with modern design and estimation software and tools.
