Key Responsibilities

1. Employee Welfare & Engagement

  • Oversee staff welfare initiatives to promote a positive and supportive workplace.
  • Foster a culture of engagement, collaboration, and well-being among employees.

2. HR Administration & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee personal files and ensure an efficient documentation process.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards as per CIDA certification requirements.
  • Handle company insurance policies and manage all accident-related matters.

3. Employee Relations & Performance Management

  • Manage employee relations, fostering effective communication and a harmonious work environment.
  • Implement and manage performance evaluation systems and KPI frameworks to enhance employee productivity and organizational growth.

4. General HR & Administrative Support

  • Oversee HR administrative functions, ensuring seamless operational support.
  • Assist in policy implementation and procedural improvements for enhanced HR efficiency.

Requirements

Education & Experience

  • Qualifications: Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in a similar role, with exposure to HR administration and welfare responsibilities.

Certifications & Compliance

  • CIDA Certification (Mandatory) for managing health and safety standards.

Skills & Competencies

  • Organizational & Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to oversee welfare initiatives, employee relations, and documentation.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with HR software and MS Office Suite.
  • Attention to Detail & Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive employee data with discretion.
  • Proactive Approach: Capability to multitask, problem-solve, and foster a harmonious workplace environment.
