Role Overview

As the Head of Project Execution, you will be fully responsible for the end-to-end delivery of all MEP projects, ensuring operational excellence, profitability, and adherence to timelines and quality standards. This role demands strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to drive multiple large-scale projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for all MEP project execution activities.
  • Oversee and manage Project Managers across Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, and allied disciplines.
  • Ensure timely completion of projects within budget, scope, and quality standards.
  • Drive strict compliance with QA/QC procedures and ISO standards.
  • Monitor project progress through regular site visits, performance reviews, and reporting systems.
  • Lead resource planning, cost control, and risk management across all projects.
  • Coordinate closely with Central Purchasing, Finance, and other departments to ensure smooth project flow.
  • Evaluate, appoint, and manage subcontractors and suppliers to maintain quality and timelines.
  • Oversee project billing, invoicing, and cash flow management.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Drive team performance, discipline, and accountability across all project teams.
  • Take full ownership of project KPIs, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or Building Services Engineering (mandatory).
  • Professional project management qualification (PMP / PRINCE2) will be a strong advantage.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in MEP project execution, including leadership of large-scale, multi-disciplinary projects.
  • Proven track record in managing multiple projects and large technical teams.
  • Strong expertise in MEP systems, project planning, QA/QC, subcontractor management, and cost control.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
  • Highly proactive, aggressive, and results-oriented mindset.
  • Strong ability to work under pressure and deliver within tight deadlines.
