We are looking for an experienced and highly capable Head of After-Sales Service to take complete responsibility for our entire After-Sales Division, including service, repairs, maintenance, and spare parts operations across all locations. This is a profit centre leadership role, and the successful candidate must be able to manage the division’s P&L, optimize performance, and ensure strong commercial results.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the After-Sales Division, ensuring excellence in service delivery for diesel generators, marine generators, industrial AC chillers, VRF air conditioning, fire pumps, and related equipment.
- Oversee all spare parts operations, including sourcing, inventory management, and supply to service teams.
- Manage and coordinate multiple workshops and technical teams across branches.
- Work closely with Regional Managers to plan and execute regional repair and service works.
- Provide technical training and guidance to technical staff, ensuring consistent service standards.
- Develop and implement service strategies to improve efficiency, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
- Monitor and manage the division’s P&L, driving cost control, revenue growth, and profit optimisation.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years’ proven experience in After-Sales Service management for diesel generators, marine generators, industrial machinery, heavy equipment, or the automobile sector.
- Strong technical knowledge in the above systems and equipment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a profit centre, with solid P&L and commercial management skills.
- Excellent leadership, people management, and organisational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with regional teams and manage large-scale service operations.
- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field preferred.
