CUSTOMER SUPPORT SERVICE ENGINEER/ ADVISOR

Customer Support Service Engineer/ Advisor will be responsible and expected to implement promotional and brand building activities in alignment with predetermined strategies in order to drive the financial and non- financial objectives of After Sales Service Unit. We are currently looking to recruit four (04) candidates for this position as part of our expanding team.

Branch Locations - Sapugaskanda, Anuradhapura, Matara, Kandy (4 Vacancies)


Responsibilities

· Ensure smooth After Sales Service operations and maintain a high standard of customer support.

· Achieve assigned individual service budget and overall financial targets.

· Prepare cost estimations, quotations, and technical proposals aligned with client requirements and project scope.

· Conduct site visits to assess service requirements, provide technical evaluations, and ensure effective solution delivery.

· Lead the development and effective management of service resources to support operational efficiency.

· Monitor and maintain assigned KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to ensure optimal service performance.

· Adhere to manufacturers' guidelines and standards to ensure quality and compliance.

· Plan and implement ongoing facility development and continuous improvement initiatives.

 

Requirement

· Age below 40 years.

· Bachelors /Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

· At least 02 - 03 years of work experience in a Diesel Power Generator or similar operation.

· Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala.

· Proficient with Microsoft excel.

· Experience in Maintenance repair and service of after sales service industry.
