CUSTOMER SUPPORT SERVICE ENGINEER/ ADVISOR
Customer Support Service Engineer/Advisor will be responsible and expected to implement promotional and brand building activities in alignment with predetermined strategies in order to drive the financial and non-financial objectives of After Sales Service Unit.
Responsibilities
· Ensure smooth After Sales Service Operation towards the customer support.
· Achieve the assigned Service individual budget.
· Achieve assigned financial targets.
· Development and Management of resources.
· Maintain the assigned KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
· Maintain Manufacturers guidelines and standards.
· Plan and implement continued facility development and improvement processes.
Requirement
· Age below 45 year.
· Bachelors /Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
· At least 02-03 years of work experience in a Diesel Power Generator or similar operation.
· Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala
· Proficient with Microsoft excel.
· Experience in Maintenance repair and service of after sales service industry.
