BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER - MEP

We are in search of a seasoned and accomplished Business Development Manager who can bring a strategic approach to expanding our business. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to identify new clients and markets while optimizing sales and promoting the growth of our exciting product line.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential clients and explore untapped market segments.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet business targets and optimize revenue generation.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision- makers, industry influencers, and prospective clients.
  • Present and demonstrate our products and services to potential clients, emphasizing their unique features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
  • Understand client needs and collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that align with their specific requirements.
  • Prepare and negotiate proposals, contracts, and pricing agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
  • Track and report sales activities, monitor market trends, and conduct competitor analysis for senior management’s review.

Requirement

  • Age Between30 –45 years.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
  • Minimum 04 years of work experience, you should have a proven track record in Business Development in MEP.
  • Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in both written and verbal English.
  • Demonstrate the ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
  • Exhibit strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
  • Show self-motivation and a goal -oriented mindset, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Adapt well to a fast -paced and dynamic work environment.
