NativeWay, a regional MEP contracting and engineering services company operating across Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, and the Maldives, invites applications for a Business Development Manager to lead our Fire Safety Systems business.
The Role Drive sales and project acquisition for fire detection, suppression, sprinkler, and integrated life-safety systems. Engage with consultants, main contractors, developers, and facility owners across commercial, hospitality, and industrial projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Build a strong project pipeline through consultant and contractor engagement
- Lead technical-commercial proposals, BOQ pricing, and tender submissions
- Liaise with principals and ensure compliance with NFPA and local standards
- Achieve assigned revenue and gross margin targets
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience in fire protection or building services sales
- Working knowledge of NFPA codes and local fire regulations
- Strong consultant and contractor network in Sri Lanka
- Excellent communication and proposal-writing skills
- Valid driving license
