About the role

NativeWay is a Sri Lanka‑headquartered engineering company, incorporated in 1986 and established in the Maldives as a registered foreign company in 2023. Our Maldives operation keeps resort power, water and cooling systems running — and we're looking for a Business Development Manager to grow the after‑sales and repair side: spotting repair, overhaul and AMC opportunities across resorts (power house plant, STP, water treatment and AC), visiting sites to scope them, and turning them into quotations and signed contracts.

What you'll do

• Develop and qualify after‑sales and repair business from resorts across the Maldives
• Visit sites to assess power house plant, diesel generators, STPs, water treatment and AC plants
• Scope repairs and overhauls, and arrange quotations with our technical team
• Win and renew Annual Maintenance Contracts
• Own the client relationship from first inquiry to completed job, and grow the account

What you'll bring

• 4+ years in technical sales, business development or after‑sales service
• A solid commercial track record — building pipelines and closing deals
• Good working knowledge of resort power house plant, gensets, STP, water treatment and AC plant
• Hands‑on diesel generator repair knowledge — top and major overhauls — is a big plus
• Ready to be based in the Maldives with regular island travel
