Assistant Store Keeper

We are in the process of seeking an enthusiastic, energetic and self-motivated individual to play a dynamic role as an Assistant Store Keeper with an exceptional analytical and decision-making skills with technical competencies with a passion to deliver exceptional results.

Selected candidate is responsible for:

  • Efficiently manage inventory, ensuring proper stock levels.
  • Adhering to Issuing method (FIFO, Batch tracking)
  • Process requests for items and ensure timely issuance.
  • Receive and inspect incoming materials, including mechanical and electrical components.
  • Organize and maintain the warehouse and storage.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate documentation of all transactions.
  • Process requests for materials related to MEP, HVAC or relevant.
  • Keep accurate records of transactions and material movements.
  • Collaborate with MEP/HVAC project managers, engineers, suppliers, and procurement division.
  • Adhere to safety regulations and protocols.
  • Implement and enhance proper handling and storage practices.
  • Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.

Requirements:

  • Age between 25-35 Years.
  • Male candidates are preferred.
  • Full or Partial qualified certification or diploma in supply chain management.
  • Minimum 1+ years’ experience working experience in a similar capacity.
  • Excellent knowledge working with an ERP system.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Willingness to work in any location.
